This site is run by one person in the United Kingdom. There is no support team and no contact form — just an email address. Messages are read, though a reply can take a few days.
Reporting a problem with the converter
If a photo will not convert, it helps enormously to know three things: which browser and version you were using (for example, Chrome 129 on Windows 11), what the message on the file card said, and roughly what kind of photo it was — an ordinary shot, a burst, a panorama, a Live Photo. Please describe the photo rather than attaching it. The converter never uploads your pictures, and email is not a private channel either.
Suggestions and corrections
Suggestions for the tool and corrections to the guides are welcome. If a guide describes a Windows or iPhone behaviour that has since changed, say which page and which paragraph, and it will be checked against a current device.
Advertising
Advertisements on this site are served by Google AdSense. Questions about a specific advert are best directed to Google's ad support, since this site does not choose individual adverts. Enquiries about the reserved “Featured” space on the converter page can come to the email address above.
What emailing means for your privacy
Using the converter requires no personal information at all. If you choose to email, you are sharing your address and whatever you write, and it is kept only as long as needed to deal with the message. The privacy page covers the rest of the site.
